Get Branded are a North Queensland Promotional Products company supplying a wide range of merchandise, many of which are catalogued on their website.
Peter, the owner, needed a system whereby professional looking quotes could be created quickly and with minimum data entry work.
A system was developed that would allow him to build quotes directly on the website. By creating quotes online, the existing product database would be used to automatically add product images, descriptions and other important information without any re-entry.
Peter is able to enter the prices directly for each product, setting quantity breaks and decoration types as needed.
The website then creates an Adobe PDF Quote which can be printed, or emailed to clients. The process has removed the repetitive work of editing an offline template and leverages the existing product data. The result being more professional looking quotes, produced more quickly and with less room for error.
The database driven quote system also allows Get Branded to easily find and track quotes.
