Pioneer Permanent Online Ordering System

Pioneer Permanent Building Society has over 50 branches and service agents. They required a system whereby their stock (product brochures, merchandise, stationery) could be ordered and tracked by each branch.

A custom web application was developed to facilitate central stock management.

The application gives administrators complete control over the stock ordering process.

The system is also used by the storage solution provider to manage stock levels, and keep order statuses up-to-date.
To make dispatching stock as effecient as possible the application automatically generates delivery dockets and picking slips from user's orders. Additionally the application will notify administrators of low stock by email.

The system allows Pioneer Permanent Building Society to warehouse their stock locally and reduce transportation costs.
It also greatly reduces the time required to administer stock by providing a central, web-based application that can be used by all branches.
