WS Group have numerous files that assist with their quality assurance processes. In order to ensure that both the Mackay and Proserpine offices were using the most recent copies of all files a web-based application was developed to host the files.
Staff can login to the application from any location and have access to correct file versions. The system allows administrators to manage files and categorise them as necessary. Users can browse files or simply search to quickly locate the required document.
